Hi! I’m a native of Pensacola; knowledgeable, experienced and full time in this real estate career for over 15 years. Being an experienced realtor, I am very knowledgeable about loan programs, credit, and insurance guidelines; I'm also a landlord/investor, and have an eye for potential and renovations. I've worked for/with many New Home Builders, so I am familiar with their processes and construction. ~ There is WAY more to being a real estate agent than just helping you look for a home. (That's sometimes the easiest part!) I handle, help & explain everything, throughout the entire process. I am very detailed & thorough, and will be there for every step.
Please let me know if you are interested in buying or selling -*- or know anyone else who is. If you are “interviewing” or talking to other agents, just make sure they’re going to help you the way that you need/want and expect, and it helps if you click with them personality-wise too. ;-)
About me personally: well, of course, I love real estate and helping people find the right home or just achieve another goal! In addition to having a FL & AL real estate license, I got my mortgage license a few years ago too, so I am pretty knowledgeable about the loan programs, criteria and credit (although it is always changing!) .
I love to travel, and have been to many countries around the world. (43 and counting) ;-) I love the adventure, and the experience of traveling; learning about the culture and history of other countries; meeting new people, and making new friends. I am a native Floridian - born and raised here in Pensacola, but I have moved away and come back a few times! I’ve lived in Tampa, Las Vegas, and Huntsville AL {most recently}. I’m a big animal lover too - I help with local rescue groups, foster/adopt dogs and cats. I participate in a few local social/civic clubs, activities and even a Mardi Gras Krewe. ~I love any chance to dress up! I have a wealth of knowledge about Pensacola - the history, the neighborhoods, entertainment, restaurants/bars & the social scene, and other fun activities. Really --- anything you want to know about - just ask!
